The ONA assists Key Account Holders in helping employers identify relevant business needs, the ONA form includes a list of training indicators extracted from the World Class Skills Bottom Line Benefits seminar.  By using these indicators the College is able to show a consistent approach, and record data which can be analysed according to cluster groups.  This enables them to focus on any recurring issues with employers and allows them to expand the current portfolio of provision to meet these needs.

The Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) form  defines expected  business outcomes. These business outcomes are expressed in terms of the employers business goals under discussion, before commencement of any training activity.
