Subject: Maths
The Pop Maths Quiz is an event which has been successfully run by Sheffield Hallam University for a number of years. The Quiz is run in a traditional pub quiz style, with teams of six trying to solve maths questions (there are normally around 100 entrants). The Quiz lasts around an hour with prizes awarded at the end and is usually followed by a public lecture for parents and pupils.
Can vary from primary to A-level students.
